📖 How to Play

Sign contracts with cargo companies to attract ships. No contracts = only small fishing vessels!
Each company has a trust level (★). Low trust = cheaper but risky (cargo may arrive spoiled). High trust = reliable but pricier.
When ships approach, accept or decline them. Declining costs rep; accepting and failing to dock is much worse.
Dock accepted ships and assign workers. Each ship type has a max effective crew — extra workers beyond that won't help.
Press "Next Month ⏭" to advance. Workers unload, revenue is collected, wages and fees are paid.
Build worker infrastructure (housing, markets, benefits) to improve efficiency and morale.
Watch your contracts' satisfaction: turn away too many ships and companies will terminate!
Beware of random events — storms, pirates, dock strikes, and the mafia!
The government changes every 4 years. Lawful governments crack down on crime; corrupt ones enable it.
